The Rhode Island School of Design’s Art Museum has an excellent child art education class that we have been attending on and off since K was 2. Tours for Tots has the kids look at a few pieces of art, talk about elements, and then make something of their own. It is a really nice size museum with three impressionist rooms, a textile and clothing exhibit, good modern art and neat Egyptian and other old, old things.
